18U National Championships doubles title

Huge congratulations to EPT player Jay Johnson-Hauldren and his doubles partner Rhys Lawlor for winning the 18U National Junior doubles title at the National Centre.
Jay and Rhys won the title without dropping a set all week and have secured a Junior Wimbledon doubles wild card.

Dom Inglot announces his retirement from professional tennis. A 2015 Davis Cup Champion, Wimbledon doubles semi-finalist, winner of 14 ATP titles and incredible achievement of career high ranking of no.18 in the world. Dom was coached by EPT Head Coach Stefan Sterland-Markovic for two and a half years. Congratulations Dom on an incredible career!
Greg Contro visits EPT

Great experience for our players to have top coach Greg Contro with EPT this week coaching and sharing his knowledge and experience with our players. Amongst many other achievements, Greg is the former coach of ex top 30 WTA player Laura Granville taking her to multiple grand slam 4th round appearances. Greg also worked at the USTA for several years coaching some of USA's top players working under Patrick McEnroe.
Mariam Bolkvadze wins 60k doubles title in Germany

Well done to EPT player Mariam Bolkvadze for winning the the doubles title at the 60k in Altenkirchen, Germany alongside British Partner Samantha Sharan Murray. Mariam also had a good run to the semi-finals of the singles, losing in 3 sets to no.1 seed and top 100 WTA player Greet Minnen.
